Y is for Yarrowpom

This blend is Yarrow and Pomegranate combined. Such a beautiful deep blue colour, thick in viscosity and associated with heart health & its blue  shade offering anti-inflammatory properties.... Top uses are for high blood pressure, high cholesterol and varicose veins for Yarrow. Just beautiful for the skin, soothing irritation and and to put a drop in to your moisturiser feels indulgent; I personally love the smell.

Emotionally the Yarrow element shields from negative influences, dispels darkness offering protection, strength and rejuvenation.  As it reconciles opposing forces it has been seen as a perfect companion in times of major life changes - mid-life crisis, menopause or times of transition.

Pomegranate has been revered as a sacred plant by many cultures through the eras with being described as the fruit of life....so many seeds; a symbol of longevity and abundance.  Pomegranate oil is abundant in antioxidants so boost the immune system by reducing inflammation and neutralizing free radicals. Also known for helping one's heart to stay healthy with two of its constituents helping to reduce the bad cholesterol (LDL) and the other to help support cholesterol balance. So you can see how the two together make a real Powerhouse.

When you find the photo below this shows how to join the points together described in X so Ovaries to Uterus or Testes to Prostate denoted by the arrows... always work from outside your wrist to inside so when working the reflex points of the Fallopian tubes the movement is going in the right direction.  The star symbol is where the Pituitary  gland reflex point is found this helps the production and balance of hormones; specifically where the centre point of the curl of the middle of your thumb fingerprint stops is where this reflex point is; on both thumbs.
